My body is pretty trashed right now. I ran the first set of 100’s very smooth and with ease, then on the last three on the second set I started tightening up and slowing down. I’m very tight right now and will unload this week. It’s about that time to do so.
What kind of pace are you hitting for those tempo runs? 30 seconds rest seems a bit short so maybe that is part of the reason why you couldnt hit times towards the end? You might get a little more quality out of it if you do 45sec-1min…just a suggestion though
