I’m not too sure. For summer 1 I’ll be taking some hard courses so I’m probably just going to keep things nice and simple. Doing sprints 15-30m 2x/week, stop when a dropoff is reached. Then just do some squats and cleans afterwards. Or I may just follow a program similar to the Jason Hartman program that was posted on CF.com recently.
Sweet, guess if your doing 150yds of speed work you shouldn’t have any issues with three hi days.
