Bench 1RM – 105 x 8, 140 x 6, 180 x 4, 215 x 2, 240 x 1, 265 (105%) x 1, 275 x 1 (~110%)
Bench has gone up 20lbs since the summer. My PB is 275 x 2, but that was when I was injured and focused on bench only.
