Day 0. Thursday, 10-28-10
Icing immediately after injury occured. Complete rest and iced about 4x that day, 20min each time.
Day 1. Friday, 10-29-10
Iced 2x for 20min. Also jumped in the pool at my house which was probably under 55 degrees. I used the jets to palpate my hammy a little bit as well.
I probably won’t have access to ART or anything anytime soon because I’m pretty busy with school and work right now. I’m going to try to make this recovery without it this time. In the future, I will wear more layers in the warmup when it gets under 70 when I train.
