I know how you feel about testing days, that is the most exciting part about training. But I’m just saying that the starting position on the snatch is the biggest pain in the ass for me right now. I will admit that it would be kind of stupid just to max out on the hang variation after spending 6 weeks doing it from the floor. I was using 175 the past 6 weeks and I will use 155 for next week.
