Bulgarian split squat w/ front foot elevated: 3,2 at 55lbs
Barbell Bent Over Row: 3,2 at 100lbs
Ham Curl: 3,2 at 30lbs…. exploding when coming up
Incline Bench Press: 3,2 at 160lbs
Overall pretty good, sprints felt pretty good. ran a 6.4 handheld on grass. I dont know if thats good or not. Anybody know?
