Going to start getting in my morning runs on Tuesday, Thursday when I don’t have any class until one. They will be 3 miles for a week or two then gradually building to 5 or so.
Workout was pretty easy until the last few 300s. Coach said it should be simulating the feeling around the 500-600 mark in an 800. It got pretty close, I was feeling all locked up around the end. Good workout though.
