Static Stretching
Ran these on trails. The first few reps were more like 320m and we had to adjust. Even the rest of the reps I think may have been a bit long. We were moving on the last few, felt real smooth and relaxed at almost 800 pace. Hip flexors have been sore all week but it’s been getting better. Hamstrings are still a little tight also.
