You might also want to fit a higher intensity lift session in on monday, along with your short speed work….as Todd said, move 6*150 later in the week. Circuit lift is good for tues., and I'd add another session on thurs. as well.
Week COULD look like….
M- High CNS lift – plyos – short speed
T- Circuits (light intensities)
W- Moderate-High CNS lift – plyos – short speed
T- Circuits (light inten.)
F-Possible lift – 6*150
Again, as Todd noted, intensities build as training progresses and as volumes drop.
