    hahaah thats called sleeping late, yes the habits i know i know goddamn i know. it fluctuates its 9:00 – 10:30 depending how much studying i’m doing this week, once its all said and done i will get better effecient rest. THank you mari i appreciate some authentication of my diet as you see i am 5’8 1/5 or 5’9 somewhere around there well 172cm and i weigh 170lbs. I have a big belly and love handles, little bit of fat on my back, my limbs are skinny though and you can see some muscle definition just my midsection, i dont drink so ppl think i drink alot on a dialy basis hehehe. i might have over 15% bodyfat. Ironically i am the healthiest eater in my highschool, done by diet schedule for homework in PE although i dont look that healthy my lifestyle and my parents cooking was healthy so i never had problem eating veggies what not i grew up loving them and rarely indulged in fast food and the like.
