no im not trying to max, my max is 300 but im just wanting to maintain at 255lbs it was going ok until this weak. You might be right i might be overtraining, sometimes i feel good sometimes i dont. I eat alot of tuna and i think its helping i eat it with plain skim milk yogurt(YUCK)i survive so its fine. I dont know i feel weak but i have this horrible tightness on my iliacus of hte hip flexor region. My ART specialist fixed it up but it is hurting badly when i run, im taking itme off. Somehow it is misaligned or locked up or something, i thi9nk it was trying to adapt to something i did, but i dont know what it is, i’m thinking i did tempo then went walking around barefoot for awhile without orthotics, that and doing light tempo on grass, barefoot in track practice before it happened.
Well enough of my rant i’m trying to find other nutritious stuff to eat in my diet any advice is needed, thanks for reply mike. Goodday
