My weekly volume is around 80km per week, thats not much. Most of my mates are doing nearly double that at peak mileage, but they are distance runners.
Wow, I'd consider myself a pretty high volume runner (~75 miles/week at peak volume), and I've never hit a long run even close to 2.5 hours. Longest I ever do is about 110 minutes or 16 miles. Add in another 40 minutes and you've got a 22 mile run–nearly a marathon every weekend. That's pretty damn long for only running 45 miles (forgive my conversion, if it's off) in a week.
