Hey Mike, I was curious if you knew what type of program they run. I heard Moffitt is a pretty good coach and the players look to be in pretty good shape. The season speaks for itself as well.
moffit learned under the great Gayle Hatch when Moffit was at Miami he did total body 4 days per week, but since he came to lsu he changed bc the Head man wanted to run 26×110's so he had to cut his lifting vol back he normally start the summer lifting 4 days per week explosive 2 days and strength 2 days later in the summer it goes to 3 days total body. they also do lots of yoga and karate. i have his 2002 summer manual somewhere.
