Moffitt is one of the best motivators I have ever seen which is of primary importance when dealing with football players. As for his program, he would be the first to tell you that they don't have a set program or philosophy other than just working hard. The intensity among the football players when lifting is quite impressive and he is largely responsible for this. I think this contributes just as much to his success as anything else. They use Olympic lifts, power lifts, and body building exercises; machines and free weights; quite a bit of core and balance work; and what might be considered high volume interval runs.
