While I didn't work directly with the sprinters I'm probably more familiar with what the sprinters did than Smoot (he was a multi). The weights actually don't change too much throughout the year. Loads are pre-calculated based off %s and used at all times on the high CNS lifting days. Progression is fairly standard starting light, getting heavier and then backing off. If I recall correctly, Dennis never really got the percentages up too high (80+%).
