Alrighty… since my last post I ran ~ twice. The last of which was yesterday when I went over to the track and did a short ladder from 100 up to 300 and back down…mostly because I like doing track workouts 🙂 I felt pretty good and pretty fast up until the 300… but they weren’t very fast at all actually haha.
During my break I still haven’t gone to the weight room but I have been doing upper body things like pushups, abs, and occasionally dips.
I’m going to start running more often too. As long as I get myself over to the track once a week or so to satisfy that part of me I think I should be ok 😉 The only bad part is that my free time is only in the morning so I’ll have to get up early. I’ll let you know how all that goes!
