This week was decent .. in comparision to last week haha. My long runs are going to have to get longer. The 60 min runs are actually getting easy! Managed two days off again since one day was storming ALL DAY.

09/04/04 – RAIN ALL DAY strength day(pushups, situps, etc)
09/05/04 – 8 61 mins, last mile or so quite fast

This coming Saturday will be my first 5k of the year. Somewhere around 19 mins is still the goal. Midweek I’ll do some sort of goal race pace stuff in preparation. Not too sure of the distance yet.. most likely 400s.
I really need to buckle down and run more miles. I’ve been right around 25 for the last month? or so. Just have to remember to take the extra miles easy at first and in no time I’ll be back at normal pace but with more miles!
