    How do you know your top speed is fine if you don’t have a recent PB? Whats your 200 PB?

    Also isn’t saying your top speed is fine a bit counter productive unless your at the absolute elite, as surely you should always be striving to improve regardless of your current abilities especially as you are still relatively young?

    By the way you must have very strong legs as your squat seems to be well ahead of you bench press, my BP 1RM is 110kg (242lbs) but my squat is 150kg (330lbs) which is a massive amount less than you!

    I think you need to assess you performance first and see where you are but if your weight pb’s are correct then you are pretty strong already so I doubt that is where you need to focus your efforts on. As I said lots of people have run fast times i.e sub 11s without even doing weights and obviously not being anywhere near as strong as you so that implies you need to work on your speed rather than just trying to get bigger and stronger.

    I’m not a coach so I don’t really have any special insight into it other than my own experiences but I still think that you are probably carrying a bit too much weight.
