Didn’t read the entire thread but just thought i’d add this…
I knew a guy once who the 400m and weighed about 160lbs but was around 5’5 or something like that…with MASSIVE (bodybuilding type) upper body…i’d always say dude that extra weight is really hurting your times…he’d respond and say i only weight 160…that’s pretty much the same as Wariner…
I’d say, your only 5’5!!!!!! So that is a lot of extra bulk for a short person to run 400ms with…
So the most important thing is what?
1)Weight?
2)Weight to height ratio?
3)Weight to strength ratio?
