Bottom squats 4×3, 4×1 Worked up to 265 and missed. My technique felt very good all the way, I smoked 245, then when I went to 265 everything fell apart
Pull-throughs 4×10
Step-ups 3×8 I used the bar with 10's
superset w/ reverse hypers 3×12 150lbs.
Pulldown ab's 3×12
superset w/D.B. side bends 3×15+15
superset w/shoulder combo 3×12
