log splitting again lol pretty much a rest day
big weights workout tomorrow before heading up the school later tomorrow, hoping to hit 315 for 5 on the bench squat, and 185 for 5 on the bench press. cant wait to get a time once i get up to school. 7.05 video timed (time – reaction time) early november after 6 aimless running workouts, got better spikes fixed some flaws in my form and im thinking ill the time should be around 6.75 video timed now, we shall see soon.
