Depends on your runup. Because remember the runup should be included when calculating the total volume.
I also think id do flying 20’s or 30’s rather than flying 10’s. Reguardless id say 6 reps with full recovery should do.
6×20 flying with 20 meter runup =240 meters
Also make sure as soon as form starts to fall apart and ground contacts become longer and you start to feel flat cease the workout right away.
