First what is your 200 time? Because I'm pretty sure what you do monday is not speed work. If it is your coach is insane to do that type of volume on a speed day. I don't see the purpose of running 2000 meters on a monday. If its speed then its way too much volume, and if its tempo then why would you do it on monday? I'm guessing its a tempo workout, so I would say you don't do enough speed work, period.
Also, What is a "shakeout"?
If you're doing the same lifting on tuesday and thursday then I assume your thursday workout stinks comparitively. Am I right? I would mix up the lifting. I would lift after speed days and have your tempo being in between speed days rather than at the beggining of the week.
