Yeah, it seems to vary depending on the way that you run your 400 (more powerful – perhaps a more rigid spike plate, more smooth and relaxed – a more flexible shoe)
I love the maxcats and was a fan of the jsc’s as well, until they were stepped on during the mile relay and ripped halfway through my shoe :splat: turned out to be a good thing though, cats are the jsc’s with all the negatives corrected
Maxcats are great for how I run the 4, considering working the turns is probably the strongest parts of my race, and the arch and flexibility is perfect
I never have tried the Celars though, old or new…I wonder if they might be worth a try
