Mon – Aim: 9 * 200 ~31-32s with walkback. Completed the 9 all between 30.5 and 33s.
Wed – Aim: 8 * 200 @ 31-32s with a walkback & sit ups at end of run and p/ups at mid walkback. Completed with runs between 31 and 33.
Sat – Comp. 100m 11.39 ET. Needed about 5-10min more of warm up, but otherwise happy. Also did a couple of long jumps and a 4*100 relay leg.
Sun – Aim: 7 * 300m ~ 52s with 2 min rest. All 7 between 51.7 and 56s.
