Thu – Aim: 9 * 200 @ 31-32s with a walkback & sit ups [15] at end of run and p/ups [10] at mid walkback. Completed with runs between 31 and 33.
Sat – 200m (22.4 self timed with 2 pace walk up) + 20min rest + 145m (15.7) + 15m rest + 120m (13.3). The 200 & 150 felt really good but a bit flat by the 120.
