Following last night I have to come to terms with that 11.5 and 22.9 were hand timed and wind assisted so count for very little, 200m progression was 23.60 (2008), 23.53 into -1.9 (2009) and so far 23.47 indoors (2010) I don’t think doing a 200 after a 400 affects me too much. Going to focus on the 400 and aim for 51.30 by August.
• Bench press: 3×6 @60kg
• Squats: 3×6 @100kg
• Cleans: 2×6 @40kg (learning technique)
• Push press: 2×6 @40kg
• Core work
• Tempo runs: 10×200 averages of 30 seconds. 3 minutes recovery, trainers and grass
