Bench 3×8 with 60kg
Upright rows super setted with behind the head press 3×8 with 30kg
3×10 situps, I held a 10kg and on the downward I extended my arms out. Don’t know what this exercise is called.
Decided to go slightly easier than usual, the session the night before was brutal and its my first week back at college so just being slightly cautious with the weights.
Plan to introduce plyos very soon
