My hamstring is sore again, it didn’t hurt anymore when I did single leg hamstring bridge or jog or anything its just constantly sore. It is almost at the back of the knee.
in the gym I just hammered press ups,pull ups, dips and upright rows and stretched off a bit.
Not to sure what to do about the hamstring though, I feel like it wouldn’t slow me down but I am still worried. I think it might be the transtition into quicker running that is doing it.
