Hamstring had been a little bit tempermental this week so I didn’t run on Wednesday, did some conditioning in the gym and ended up getting a new 1RM on the benchpress (90kg at 68kg Bodymass).
Tonight
2×250 off 10 minutes
30.5 and 30.7 Lane 1 didn’t push too hard, quite happy with the times
30 minutes of circuits.
