Did work yesterday to help my tendon problem
Today was 2×250 off 10 minutes followed by 3×200 off 3 minutes and 4×50 off WB.
Coach has this need beeper thing that he hooks up to his laptop and speakers. Beeped every 6.25 seconds on the 250. So did a pair of them in 31.25, I ran them to the beep rather than go hard and slow down.
Felt comfortable, the coach set the target time for 50.0 pace,assuming we can hold that pace which I suppose I am 5/8th of the way there! feel confident I could hold that pace
the 3×200 were all in 27.0 again on the beeper, encouraged not to go ahead of it.
