Seen the physio who confirmed I had something up with my popliteus due to tight hip flexors. He taped it up to take some pressure of it. Only did upperbody in the gym this week. The symptoms were only bad running indoors but we are moving outdoors now.

Feeling good about things at the moment. My old training PR for a 320 rep used to be 40.x and that was when I ran 51.74 and 22.9 (23.2 most weekss). It was also 10 m ahead of a guy who went 52.10 indoors who always finishes very slowly.
