36.6 and 36.4
First one was comfortable, on the second one for some reason I just didnt start and by 50 m I was 10 m down, but I finished very quickly. Can’t recall ever running 36 twice in a session before and considering I haven’t ran over 150 for quite a while I think i’m in decent shape.
