3 weeks of inactivity, got stuck back into weights. Roughly 50% of 1RM getting the base in before strength building
Power Cleans 3×8 @40kg
Bench Press 3×15 @ 40kg
Squats 3×15 @80kg
Pull ups (overhand wide grasp) 10,9,8
Eccentric Pulls ups
Military Press 3×15 20kg
Narrow Grip bench (hands touching) 3×15 @30kg
Hamstring bridge for strengthening
Core work until painful, just went through a battery of exercises until I felt the burn!
Recovery was pretty much waiting for my partner to do his set, Bench press was the only lift I found difficult but that has always been the lift that suffers after inactivity.
