Cleans 50×5 55×5 60×5 62.5 x5
Bench 4 sets of 5 with 70kg
Front Squats 3×6 with 90kg
Press ups fast 3×20
Pull ups 3×6
Feeling pretty flat that morning, lots of soreness so just did what I could.
Front squats were deep, had a slight stability issue at the start but soon sorted that out.
