Tonight I did 5 x 250 with 5 minute recoveries

Then I did some weights. Used 30 kg
15 x Shoulderpress
15 x back squat
15 x bent over rows
15 x leg changes
2 minutes recovery. Took the weights down to 20 kg and repeated but with 20 reps
I really struggled with the shoulder press.
Did 10x8x6 Squat jumps, tuck jumps, star jumps
about a minute recovery.
To answer your question Matt I haven’t been sleeping well recently it mat be due to exam stress. I think the fitness is there to go a lot quicker than 53 its just more tactical at the momenent. I’m lacking the confidence to go hard to 200. Won’t be competing for a month now. Ideally I need to be around 51.0 maybe quicker in 4 weeks time.
