Pull downs machine: 80×8, 150×6, 150×5, 150×6
Box Squats (pause on a bench): 60×10, 100×8, 100×8, 100×8
OI HF Squats: 30×8, 30×8, 50×8, 50×8, 50×8 (per leg)
Rear leg elevated split squats: 50×4, 50×5, 50×5 (per leg)
Bench: 50×8, 60×8, 60×8
Box Jump Squat (paused on a bench): 50×8, 60×8, 60×8
Leg press machine: 130×8, 130×8, 130×8, 130×8
Bicep curls: 100×6
Jump Squat: 100×6, 100×8
Today was mostly form-work, as some of these lifts are completely new to me. Stayed at a hotel (26th to 28th) that had a gym with only dumbbells and 2-3 machines so I had to modify my workouts a bit.
