200m jog, 200m high knees-butt kicks
Lunges: 10 strides x 2
Prime times: 10 strides x 2
Piston drill: 10 strides x 4
Kneeling starts: 5 strides x 2
3-point starts: 6 strides x 4
Falling starts: 6 strides x 4
Crouch starts: 6 strides x 2
Bounce starts: 6 strides x 2
I finished planning out the next month. I decided to do some AN-2 workouts this week so my body gets a break from doing maximal lifts all the time, while working on my start with accel drills and bleachers/stairs for 2-3 weeks
