hey guys, I decided to continue winter track a bit longer, as I’ve found decent meets during spring break (March 6, 7, and 13th) with FAT timing. I’d appreciate input on how I should train for the next month: I’m debating whether to go back to general conditioning and lifts, then progress to plyometrics and sprints by the last two weeks, or to just keep doing what I’ve been doing as maintenance (lifting once a week, plyometrics once a week, blocks/sprints the rest of the week). again, I’d appreciate advice.
