today was my first day trying to actually do something with the weights instead of dinking around. the first two sets were a bit awkward, but i started getting into the groove on the third set. my form isnt real tight but im also not hook gripping. i injured my right wrist in jiujitsu a long time ago and double overhand hurts it. ill try hooking again when i feel comfortable with overhand. thank god cleans dont aggravate my neck, and i hope it heals completely soon. ill try and do tempo tomorrow, then ill do jiujitsu wednesday and/or friday and try to get a speed/lifting day on thursday or friday. im supposed to start coaching next week, but i dont think people are actually going to be there yet.
