i was surprised at how easy all of this was. things are coming back way better than i ever could have thought. i dont think im at peak speed levels, but i doubt id run over 12 in the 100, even with this little training. i think the break really was what i needed. my shins are starting to hurt a little bit, i hope it goes away. i probably will do jiujitsu on saturday rather than tomorrow. next week ill try and hit 5 days, 3 of which will be dedicated to fitness.
