I'd be 15% body fat too ( or more) if my grandma owned a Mexican restaurant 🙂
On topic: how did you injure your chest?
he said he injured his chest by lifting a soft taco before his sprint workout 2 weeks ago.
yeah i was going for a new PR, 225 soft taco powerclean. no seriously, i was thrown in martial arts and had a freak landing where i hit the ground on my side and my shoulders rotated in front of my chest and my sparring partner landing on top of my top shoulder. i hurt my wrist, pec, rib, and neck. everything is healed now except the pec, which only bothers me in the morning or if i try to grapple. i can run, which combined with coaching some kids at my high school has inspired me to return to the track.
and actually, i dont think ive been under 10% bodyfat since i was 15. when i went to college in spokane, i stopped running and lifting all the time, which led to me gaining 10 pounds. even though i was in martial arts 4-6 days a week, it just wasnt enough to keep me lean. i was measured at 14-15% bf in one of my sports science classes.
