Here is what I have been doing since i started school and no longer have easy access to a kitchen.
I try to keep my lunch and dinner meals zone and I have cut bread completely out of my diet.
Morning 1st thing: 6 x fish oil caps, 1 x multi
Breakfast (in a rush): 40g whey, banana and apple or orange
Breakfast (no rush): eggs, oatmeal, fruit, skim milk
Lunch: Lean meat + veggies + salad + maybe rice
Evening: Almonds or PB + banana and 1x multi
The oatmeal here kind of sucks so I have been considering replacing it with Rasin Bran cereal.
PWO is Go Energy-Recovery Shake of course.
