Well, I was able to get the first meet experience in an invitational this weekend, finishing 3Rd overall at 21.18 and making the local press Scholastic Honor Roll for girls XC. It feel great! But on Tuesday, our regular season begins with a XC dynasty team that is loaded, including 3 state qualifiers from last year, probably running -20.00, which is my stretch goal for the season. How should I approach this race mentally and physically? :wow:
