If you are strictly a jumper and not a sprinter (such as 200/400m) then you need to train as such. Total volume during a sprint workout should not be very high, as you need to keep most of the focus on your short sprint speed.
MaxV sprints of 30-40 m are good, Accelerations of 10-20 and 30 m are good. Ins and outs are good. Flying 30s, 60s are also good.
There are many many different drills you can do both with the pit but the majority would be done without the pit (on grass or the track). Are you looking for long and triple drills or just triple? I'm sure the board has some specific posts on drills but if you can't find any I'll be glad to post a few.
