-15 min Drills: A-skip, B-skip, C-skip, Skip for distance (with medicine ball over head), A-run, High Knee.
-GS(body weight squat, pistol squat, different way push-ups, dips, ankle strength, killing abbs, hip flexor strength with resistance band)
-Core Stability
-Static Stretch

Day’s are going fast & i feel great now. Today was funny with my friend, i challenge him in every exercises. very good session. Tomorrow will be SFS without any soreness!
