*didn’t get a chance to get to the track so I lifted instead. I forgot about the 3×8 introductory week, so I jumped straight to 6×4. I’m not too concerned as long as I maintain strength. I know I need to devote more time in the coming weeks to dedicated speed work since I won’t be getting it at practice
