i woulkd use day 2 to move around personally… big dynamic warm-up, hurdle mobility, gen strength and/or medball. maybe do film review and talk about the meet.

Day 4 – general day
Day 5 – Speed End or Special Endurance and/or Endurance Bouding (plus lifting)
Day 6 – general day (and maybe lift)
Day 7- Max Speed Day (lift)
Day 8 – general day
