if you are worried about 8grm of sat fat then you should look at your overall diet, also i dont think many people take muscle milk year round. think about the group of people muscle milk targets, that may help you understand why 8grms of fat isnt a big deal.
Thats true, for the audience they target it wont make a difference at all. I actually watch my diet very closely and unfortunately the food here at school is basically empty calories, nothing I can do about it until the semester where hopefully I'll get off the meal plan completely. As a result I'm going to start going to 5-8 meals per day with the macro nutrient splitting, hope it works.
