Hate to sound like a cliche but looks to me like you need to eat more fruits and veggies. Consider oatmeal in place of cereal for breakfast since most breakfast cereals are highly processed and void of nutrients. You can take some food with you to school if the cafeteria doesn’t have any healthy options. As for your supplements, i would take the creatine and protein shake together right after practice, and i would reconsider the cost/benefit of the BCAA caps. Just my two cents.
